Jama Masjid - The Moghal Bob the Builder

Jama Masjid

Jama Masjid is a mosque that was completed in 1656 and holds 25,000 worshippers. Shah Jahan spent 1 million rupees to pay for the 5,000 workers and materials that it took to complete this incredibly beautiful project. This is the same Shah Jahan that had the Red Fort in Delhi and the Taj Mahal in Agra built.
